Very nice post Polaris, but it would be an awesome post if you had added some fields that can help solve the issues as an example.
And I only mention this because you know the fields of Maitreya better than us. :slight_smile:

  1. Well I would suggest grounding first and then to stop listening to so many fields.
    Rule of thumb from another creator was 2-3 for physical changes, how many you want for mental.
    Each person is different, so you need to actually test yourself your ability. Hear your body and stop.
    For me, it works be 2-3 physical, 3-4 mental.
    Don’t forget as, Polaris said, you put too much you make the results smaller.

I would suggest the Permanent Results Integrator (paid) here. To make it easier to have a small amount of fields and see results faster.
(though faster is always based on the person!)

(or less, or more, I am not good at math, dont judge)

If possible, and a small question. Can you expand on the number 5?
I added fields to my MMv2 and then the optimiser and let it run by itself. I keep hearing fields now and then but for other areas or for general love and luck. How could I help to avoid this situation?
