I absolutely love your bodybuilding series. I think there are a few things that would make it even more complete though:
- more automatic workout fields: the ones you have are EXCELLENT but they also include something else like weight loss or nutrients or a testosterone boost. I think it’d be awesome if you had some fields that only do an automatic workout, maybe targeted to each part of the body qnd including each muscle, even the tiny ones. For instance every muscle in the legs, every muscle in the arms etc. As well as a generic full body one.
- A field specifically targeted at giving you a six pack. Strengthening every muscle in the core (internal and external) and keeping the body at 8-10% BF.
