I want a tanning field too.

And a field specific for the lower face. Targeting every possible cause for sagging jowls , broken jawline and thinning lips, like a lip flip.

Hi. Arm muscles growth, and for men, smaller hips area and glutes(not just fat, but less muscle too if communicated with the field etc) and I know Maitreya usually doesn’t do one-subject fields so it could either be in a masculine body series or even a biokinesis field where a person of whatever gender could work with to change body parts and muscles etc.

  1. How about an isometric stretching workout for front and side splits?

As demonstrated in this video and book (Thomas Kurz techniques have been the gold standard for decades):

A lot of people into yoga and martial arts in this forum, but it’s crazy taxing on the body to get the flexibility required for high kicks and advanced poses. A field would make it really safe. Furthermore, this type of stretching allows to enter maximum ROM with minimhm warmup and also provides further stability for the joints as it makes you strong at end of your ROM. A feature for joint health and stronger abductors may be worth adding.

  1. how about a full core workout (inner and outer abs and obliques) combined with the super amazing fat burning agent from 11x workout? It would give everyone here a six pack and core muscles are incredible for overall health and qi pressure in the lower dan tien. Maybe actually adding a nice qi compression in the lower dan tien to go along with the workout would be awesome but I know it’s probably too out the box for a fitness field.

  2. last idea is the simplest. Have five workout audios divided per body part: chest day, arm day, leg day, back day, core day. So folks have an option to either listen to each audio five times a week (if they don’t/can’t strength train), or boost their workout by listening after or simply listen to a specific audio if they miss a day at the gym. Each workout would cover every single muscle in each body part (e.g. “leg day” also includes muscles of the feet, “back day” includes every tiny muscle that is difficult to target in a workout) so that the fields become a supplement for any kind of physical therapy or help stabilize the body in heavy lifts (e.g. like the rotator cuff is key for a safe heavy bench press).

I have a creator who has an automatic workout for whole body and for every part as well, and it is doing well. I stopped going to the gym since this Christmas, not only I do not have to going anymore, but I am just not able because it is taxing my system like a normal workout, and I can spend my free time from the gym on something else. And btw on the second day I really feel the muscles.

With Hercules, Greek God beauty and Muscle recovery, it is a perfect combination for me right now.
