This works to delete effects of an audio.
I used it with Sapien Permanent Brain Enhencement - the audio works and it’s good but it was having a bad effect on myself, been listening to that last five days)
I remembered that it happened the same last year, except not severe probably because I was taking psiquiatric pills.
I had like a TOC, and overthinking.
My inner chat was strange, and not normal like very fast and like childish and robotic and I had little control on my thoughts.
Probably the areas which that audio works are already pretty developed in me and then I overstimulated.

I have suffered from the same problem, little control over my thoughts, this for more than 1 month, I have no idea what to use to correct because I have tried all the audios for this, all from sapiens, all from Maitreya.

It helped me some pills and meditation too and binaural beats in the past.
Why don’t try the brain regeneration or the brain chemicals audio?

A good strategy is to focus in things, study, work, excercise, watching tv, computer, walking.
So you mind is not aware of the thoughts.
You could do therapy too, the cognitive behavioral is good.
I had good results with that.
And as a last resource you could go to doctor to get prescriptions for pills.
I had good results with those.

Yes, I have tried all kinds of audios to solve the problem, when I am concentrated talking to someone or playing a game, the thoughts really diminish and I can be more calm, but when it ends everything comes back to the same thing, drugs maybe the only thing let me try.

Not all audio can have permanent effects, if an audio was not created to have a permanent effect, then it is likely that even that will not make it have one.
