I think if we were more consistent listening to the fields there would be no need for this field, the maitreya fields work with the subconscious and that means that listening to the fields for a couple of months the results would become permanent, I recently saw a comment from someone who listened to just one sapien field, I think it was the self esteem field, he was listening to it for 8 months and after that he said he didnā€™t need to listen to it anymore because the results became permanent, so seeing this the key is consistency.

I think the delete command would work with one play and to stuck results more, altought it could be enough if you listen to it the last day I think.
