What happens if we listen to the consicency reprogrammer with the sapiens subconscious limits dissolver? Would it dissolve beliefs faster? But isn’t it kind of dangerous to hear this audio separately and without paying attention to your thoughts? Anything we think about during the process can end up being installed as a belief.
I saw the instructions on the jpeg file that are downloaded but they make no sense to me. I assume what I am doing is correct from what community members have said here…just listen to the audio on loud speaker or headphones and repeat each belief you want removing and adding…that is for example
remove i am ugly replace i am handsome etc
Is there anything else i have to add or repeat ?

it’s okay, you’re doing it right. if you want to uninstall / install other beliefs, you only have to repeat the same commands as to uninstall / install beauty beliefs.
When I do it looks something like this:
- I order the suppression at all levels and in all bodies of belief ??? ; // I order the installation at all levels and on all belief bodies ???; .
And I do it again as many times as there are pairs (couples) of beliefs to uninstall / install.
And at the end of any desired belief changes, I say thank you / thank you very much (especially because it resonates with me to practice some form of gratitude / appreciation).
I think doing this will make the subconscious limit override audio much more effective (suppressed negative beliefs easier, faster, and maybe deeper,depends on how the delimitation field was done).But that doesn’t mean that all negative beliefs will be removed entirely (it certainly depends on how deep and rooted the belief is and how the belief suppression field has been done).of course this is an unexplored area … so the above are not experimental conclusions, just intuitive understanding.
I don’t believe that whatever we think about can be set up as beliefs, because as soon as we stop listening to the audio of the subconscious reprogrammer, the channel / portal that allows reprogramming is immediately instantly closed And even if we listen to the subconscious reprogrammer audio, we have to say commands to install / uninstall beliefs, So unless you’ve been thinking all the time with commands in your mind, this won’t work. Last point, it is also said that this is a work that is done consciously and not multitasking, so if you are multitasking while you are thinking about your life, it certainly won’t work.
I love this idea and it got me thinking. It appears that the shotgun shell you are using is a Bird/Buckshot. What if you use a Slug instead. Fore example you could focus on one topic lets say Fear since it is the mind killer. Pick one thing you fear lets say Spiders.
“I am afraid of Spiders”
“I think spiders are ugly”
“I think Spiders are Scary”
“Spiders creep me out”
“Spiders are dangerous”
“I will die if a spider bites me”
Then you would install new beliefs. What I am finding with this is that it is easier to get to the root of the problem/subject/belief. I would say it is more of a Laser approach :P.
“I am grateful that spiders exist and I am at ease when they are near me”
“Spiders are cool”
“Spiders are useful in this world and I respect their place”
“Spiders are beautiful insects”
“Spiders like me and I like Spiders”

if in the audio there is information (affirmations, programmed energy, morphine fields) yes it will work.,for binaural, isochronous, … frequencies I’m not sure it will work, Because these audio do not contain information, j but just contain a frequency corresponding to brain state.
Theory about the way this field works. Lets say I change my belief about walking through walls. From “I cant walk through walls” to “I can walk through walls”. Besides the change in the belief being present, does the field then gather the knowledge needed to reinforce the belief? Thus bringing forth actual ability if worked with correctly. Maybe somewhat of a backdoor to the V3? Not to take away from the V3 and how amazing it is.
You will need V3 to install a lot more beliefs in your system to do that lol
Actually it is pretty simple with the right amount of practice.

Last night while I was half asleep in bed, I had another idea on how to use this audio. Here was my line of thinking…
We know that the vast majority of your subconscious is programmed from your observations of your parents when you are a small child (age 7 or less). So, when trying to figure out which negative programs/beliefs to remove, we can leverage this knowledge to help us.
It can be extremely hard for us sometimes to be objectively aware of our own shortcomings, let alone the situations that led to their creation/adoption. But, if you think about it, I’m sure you can recognize negative patterns in your mother and/or your father (or whoever it was that raised you).
So, if we know that whoever raised you had persistent negative attributes, and that your subconscious was programmed by observing and interacting with them, then we can safely draw the conclusion that your subconscious contains this negativity as well, at least in part, and by no fault of your own (by extending this thought, you may realize that your parents got this negativity the same way, by observing their parents as well, which may help you to be more understanding/forgiving of them).
So, sit down and think for a bit, maybe get a pen and paper, and write down all the negative things you can think of regarding your parents: the things they said, the things they did, the way they were/are. Try to be objective here and act like you’re doing an inventory and documenting your findings, emotionally detached from the process so as to not overwhelm yourself.
Think of reoccurring problems in your parents’ lives, knowing that reoccurring problems are always caused by a subconscious belief. Try to think what beliefs would cause them to behave and make decisions in such a way that would contribute to these situations repeated appearance. Brainstorm many different ideas and write them all down without leaving out anything.
In addition to observation when you are very young, emotionally significant events are also ways our subconscious is programmed. So, try to remember anything your parents may have said to you when you were growing up that really stuck with you. Did your parents talk down to you, tell you that you’d never succeed, that you were dumb, etc? Try to think of any negative statements they made that had an emotional impact on you, things that stuck with you, and write them all down too.
Once you have your list of negatives, also think of what their opposites are. Write up a list of opposing positive beliefs, attributes, and emotionally significant statements. Write down things you always wish your parents would have said to you, ways you wish your parents would have acted, etc.
Then, take your list of positives and negatives, and use them as a script in your sessions with the Subconscious Reprogrammer. Have mercy on yourself and do this process without judgment as much as you are able, either judgment of yourself or of others. This isn’t a process of documenting blame, but an accounting of what’s working and what isn’t. Let go of what doesn’t work, adopt what does, and turn your life around.
I used the subconsciousness reprogrammer simultaneously with a limiting belief dissolver, and the results are absolutely incredible, and when I say it simultaneously, I really mean it simultaneously, it is not hearing one after another but both at the same time.
