i would like to meditate with it for quikcer results as receptors are beyond fried , how long would u reccomend ? is there a limit. i’d stare at it for hours if i could
There is no limit, but you might also consider small steps at the beginning and increase them with time. Observe your body. Mandalas works 24/7 anyway.
