Yeah… I tried just delete and install. It didn’t seems to work.
BTW, have anyone use it for habits? Such as if we often forget where we put keys. Have anyone try to install reminder such as I always remember where I put my keys? Coz this is not a belief. Of course, I will try it myself… But it’d be nice to know if it works already for someone. Thanks.

maybe try deleting something like “i am forgetful” with " i have a great memory" something like that.

Sometimes I have the habit to rush and interrupt the conversations, specially at work.
Today I worked on that during almost 10 minutes.
I will see how that goes.
Two days ago, I reprogrammed to stop reading the comments of my local newspaper, and so far I haven’t .
You have to care of small things to do great things.

You only work on it during the time you are doing the affirmations, it can be more or less than 10 minutes depending on the amount of them.

You do. It have to spend any amount of time after you command since it is instant. The reason I resonate in the moment is so I can scan for any other layers that need to be changed.

It’s still fine even if they work a little bit. As long as you can play other audios and hear sounds then means it will still emmit energy. MORPHIC or energetic field doesn’t depend on speaker or headphone quality…

Thank you so much @FakeSEEKLIGHT for your advice on using why with affirmations? I already have written about the results I I recieved from the many Maitreya Fields in other threads. But using affirmations this way was like cherry on top. I used the intention Repeater python program to use all the informations I desired. According to my routine I have been using these affirmations for more than 3 weeks. Some examples of affirmations I used are- Why am I universal love? Why am I in love with my self? Why am I always aware in my dreams? Why am I grateful for myself and everyone else? Why am I always peaceful? Why am I always detached from my results? etc. ***Note- I really believe in the importance of “I am” in affecting the subconscious, but it might be subjective for you.
Now, let’s get into details. With these affirmations right from the start I felt instant results especially from love affirmations. I have felt myself constantly being in a stable mental and emotional state. Of course, I do end losing my patience with my siblings often- to describe the feeling I would say it’s like you raise their voice at them for once or twice with a bit if anger and as you stop you feel relaxed instantly and the anger was gone as fast as it came. I usually am a person to feel intense anger and then take this energy with me all day around. But now I am in a peaceful state all day around.
Before I used to hate the presence of my family, one of the reasons is for my hermit type of personality. Secondly, I didn’t like the fact that they didn’t understand the way I thought and each time told me only parents can guide their children otherwise humans would be animals. Now, I actually sit down 4 days a week (my dad’s at work on these days) at night in my mom’s room and we have a long conversation about me explaining her about psychology, philosophy, spirituality etc. She pays attention to me and she understands a bit on how I think and my perspective. I often sit down with her during day time and ask her to tell me, or she will tell me willingly about her past happy moments and I will listen to them. Throughout the day, I feel grateful without reason for my family being there for me, my siblings although annoying, stupid and noisy, they have coloured my life in the ways I will never forget, we fight so many times, but we are still there to back each other up the moment anyone of us has problems.
My mind has become less chatty. I feel relaxed and the voice that used to blame me, make me victimized myself has gone. I take to myself and it’s positive stuff about myself.
I know slip into the habit of judging often unconsciously but as soon I slip into the habit I become aware of it. I see people with their own unique life experiences and all having somewhat important part in the place they belong. I acknowledge the shadow and the light but focus more on the light. I have become more straightforward and honest.
I fall asleep and I am often aware of the things I dream and to an extent control them or change them. I just feel happy and in love with my self without reason. I don’t feel the necessity of falling in love, or dating eventhough I acknowledge these things.
All the negative things that happened in my life, I think of them as lessons and understand them. I have now feel more at peace, happy and grateful for my life in ways I haven’t felt before.

i tried this and i don’t understand a thing. when i say my name is riky my head and body goes right (so it means yes), when i say im jjessica goes left (so it means no), but sometimes i say something and my head and the body go down. i read it like it is a “maybe”? idk. what do you think?
