The fields that I use are pretty mainstream

For me this has been immensely helpful in separating thoughts, emotions, reasoning, beliefs, solid imprints, fleeting images, stickiness of concepts in different layers, finding roots of actions, linking and delinkiing associations. During meditation specially, I turn it in different spaces to move things and also use it to go deeper/ lower/ higher (this is a very internal feeling and I am unable right now to verbalize it thoroughly).
