Can it correct knock knees?

I have one of my shoulders with a slight fracture and the doctors have told me that they do not guarantee that a surgical operation will improve my shoulder. Do you recommend this audio to heal that bone wound on my shoulder and I can move it normally? Thank you.

I must say that I have already gone to several doctors, and the only thing they prescribe is pain medication. Not much more, since they do not assure me at any time that my joints will improve. That is the reason for my consultation, I am clear that it is always good to go to a medical consultation, but when they tell you to be satisfied with the state you are in, you begin to look for alternatives. Sorry if my English is not good, I must say that it is not my native language. Thank you for your answers.
