I’ve been listening this field for about 2 months now and it has been helping me to become a fruitarian(person who only eats fruits).
This is helping me getting over the hurdle of feeling isolated and lonely because this diet is so niche so I felt disconnected from others if I went fully fruitarian and didn’t eat processed vegan foods on the side.

Thank you for sharing this. I hope you will attract like-minded people. It’s not right that people around us do not always accept our food choices. I’m vegetarian, and my grandparents keep asking me, “Did you start eating normally?” at every occasion. Fingers crossed for you. You must have a strong will made of steel Food restrictions were never my biggest strength.
Thanks. It has been an uphill struggle for sure to get to this point. Most toxic foods are designed to make us addicted to them whereas healthy foods aren’t addictive so no wonder it’s difficult to be healthy.
There’s even opioid in wheat that causes severe withdrawal symptom mainly depression if you try to get rid of it. I suffered lots of withdrawal symptoms but we are lucky because we have fields like this to make it easier:

I tested and I haven’t had this mandala on my fridge for a week. I could feel the difference. Plus I cook meat for my dog, and he feels better when I allow his meet to stay in the fridge for some time.
