Thanks a lot Mai. I will let you know.
Are these new Fields? Are there descriptions? ![]()
Yes, they are completely new. ![]()
The descriptions are in the folders with the DMs and the audio files.
Ghrelin Regulation Field
Energetic modulation of appetite signaling
This energetically programmed field is intended to gently support the body’s natural regulation of ghrelin and appetite-related signaling pathways.
Ghrelin, often called the “hunger hormone,” is produced mainly in the stomach and communicates with key appetite centers in the hypothalamus, particularly NPY/AgRP neurons that promote hunger. Under chronic stress, sleep disruption, repeated dieting or metabolic adaptation, ghrelin rhythms can become dysregulated—remaining elevated longer than necessary and making it harder to maintain a comfortable caloric deficit.
This field is designed to energetically support:
Stabilization of baseline ghrelin secretion
Reduction of exaggerated pre-meal ghrelin peaks
A smoother post-meal decline in hunger signaling
Improved coordination between ghrelin and leptin feedback
Reduced stress-driven amplification of appetite pathways
The goal is not to shut down hunger, but to encourage regulatory coherence—supporting a return to a more physiologically appropriate hunger–satiety rhythm.
Mechanistic Focus
On an energetic template level, the field is tuned with the intention of supporting:
Balance within hypothalamic appetite centers (NPY/AgRP ↔ POMC)
Healthier gut–brain axis communication
Modulation of the stress axis (more stable HPA tone)
Alignment of circadian appetite rhythms
Reduction of exaggerated “famine-mode” signaling after prolonged restriction
When these pathways function more harmoniously, the subjective experience may shift toward:
Earlier and more natural satiety
Reduced mental preoccupation with food
Decreased stress-related cravings
More stable caloric intake without harsh, forced restraint
This is conceived as a regulatory support field, aimed at refining signaling precision within the hunger–satiety network rather than overriding it.
Your body already knows how to regulate intake.
The purpose here is simply to provide subtle energetic support when modern stressors have distorted that innate regulation.
Note: This field is a complementary, non-medical tool and is not a substitute for professional healthcare, nutrition counseling or healthy lifestyle habits.
Leptin Receptor Reset & Sensitivity Restoration
Energetically Programmed Field
This field is designed to gently but powerfully restore the natural sensitivity of the brain’s leptin receptors, allowing the body to recognize fullness, regulate appetite, and return to its innate metabolic balance.
Leptin is the hormone that signals “we have enough energy – reduce appetite and increase metabolism.”
When the receptors in the hypothalamus become resistant to this signal, the body behaves as if it is starving: hunger increases, cravings intensify, and metabolism slows down.
This energetic field works on the deeper layers where this miscommunication originates.
What this field does
Rebalances and reactivates the leptin receptors in the hypothalamus
Clears the energetic “noise” created by chronic overstimulation and inflammation
Restores the correct signaling pathway between leptin and the brain
Helps the body regain its natural sense of fullness and satisfaction
Harmonizes the metabolic field so the body stops operating in “starvation mode”
Supports healthier appetite regulation and reduced emotional hunger
Energetic Mechanism
The field uses a multi-layered approach:
Energetic anti-inflammation in the neural circuits involved in appetite regulation
Cleansing and reopening of the leptin-transport pathways
Rebuilding receptor responsiveness, so the brain can once again “hear” leptin clearly
Metabolic alignment, helping the body feel safe, nourished, and balanced
As the receptors regain sensitivity, the biological system gradually shifts toward natural equilibrium—less hunger, calmer cravings, and improved metabolic rhythm.
Intended effects
Noticeably reduced appetite
Easier satiety from normal meals
Decreased cravings for sugar and quick-energy foods
A more balanced relationship with food
Support in long-term weight-release processes
This field is created to help the body remember its original blueprint of metabolic clarity, restoring a harmonious communication loop between the body’s energy stores and the mind.
Psycho-Emotional Fulfillment & Weight Release Field
Healing emotional hunger, so the body can let go
Excess weight is rarely “just about food”.
For many people, the body is carrying unprocessed stories, unmet needs and chronic emotional states – and fat becomes both armor and anesthetic.
This field is designed to work on the psycho-emotional layer: the places where inner emptiness, fear and tension get translated into cravings, overeating and resistance to change. By bringing correction and “filling in” at that level, it aims to reduce the need to use food as protection, comfort or distraction.
Core psycho-emotional themes addressed
This field is tuned to support the resolution of patterns such as:
Hyper-sensitivity & constant worry
Being permanently on edge, scanning for danger, obsessing over “What will happen?” or “What will they think of me?”.
Food becomes a sedative for an over-activated nervous system.
Fear of judgment & rejection
Living under the invisible pressure of other people’s opinions, always trying to fit expectations.
Extra weight often becomes a shield or a way to hide.
Inability to set firm boundaries
Saying “yes” when you mean “no”, carrying other people’s responsibilities, feeling guilty for taking space.
Overeating then appears as the only “private” place where you take something for yourself.
Boredom, emotional emptiness & lack of joy
A life on autopilot: same day, same routine, no real aliveness.
Food is used to create micro-pleasure when the soul is under-fed.
Depression, isolation & loneliness
Feeling cut off, unseen, unsupported.
Eating becomes a substitute for connection and warmth.
Not walking your own path
Knowing what you want, but not doing it – out of fear, loyalty to others, or feeling “not allowed”.
The body holds this stuckness as heaviness and resistance to change.
Self-sabotage & unconscious loyalty to suffering
“Every time I make progress, I ruin it.”
Hidden beliefs that you don’t deserve ease, beauty, success or a lighter body.
Fear of being attractive or visible
On a deep level, attention feels unsafe.
Extra weight becomes an unconscious strategy: “If I stay like this, I’m less noticeable, less at risk.”
Shame, body-hatred & harsh inner critic
Constant inner attacks: “You’re disgusting… you failed again.”
Shame fuels more emotional eating and keeps you stuck in the same cycle.
Childhood conditioning around food = love
Being soothed, rewarded or silenced with food in early years.
The adult body still reaches for the same pattern when emotions rise.
These are not “mental weaknesses” – they are protective adaptations.
The problem is that they keep the body locked in a state where letting go of weight feels unsafe.
How the field is intended to work
On an energetic and psycho-emotional template level, this field is designed to:
Bring safety to the nervous system
So the body doesn’t need constant food to calm anxiety, hyper-vigilance and fear of the future.
Gently fill emotional “holes”
Addressing deep feelings of “I am not enough”, “I am alone” or “No one will be there for me”, so hunger for love is less displaced into physical hunger.
Strengthen inner boundaries
Supporting the ability to say “no”, to protect your energy, and to stop using your body as the place where all unspoken tensions are stored.
Soften shame and self-attack
Easing the harsh inner voice, allowing more compassion and respect for the body – which naturally leads to kinder choices.
Release the need for weight as armor
Transforming the belief that you must stay heavy to be safe, invisible or less threatening.
Reconnect you with your own path
Encouraging alignment with what you actually want to do, create and live – so energy moves forward, not inward into self-destruction.
Cultivate emotional satiety
When the heart and psyche feel more “fed”, the compulsion to overfill the stomach often decreases.
How this can support weight loss in real life
As these inner layers begin to balance, many people may notice:
Less drive to numb with food when stressed, sad or bored
Cravings that feel less “urgent” and more manageable
Easier adherence to a chosen way of eating, without constant inner war
More motivation to move, socialize and take actions aligned with their real desires
A slow but real shift from “I hate my body” to “I am taking care of my body”
From this place, caloric deficit, movement and healthy choices stop being punishment and become a natural expression of self-respect.
Weight release is then not just “losing kilos”, but dropping identities, fears and burdens the body no longer needs to carry.

Will this help with super weight loss though.
I think I‘m at about 13-14% body fat rn. And I don‘t have an eating Problem.
I think the burn fat whole body might be better for my case right?
And quick general tip:
If you want to burn a lot of fat quickly then don‘t eat for about 4 hours before sleep. Then on the next day go jogging or on the treadmill early on and go at a pace that keeps your heart rate at about 110-130.
You will literally start feeling the burn in the fatty areas on your body. The body will be a fat burning machine ![]()

Oh and do not have breakfast🙂
The idea is that most people — even those who are in good shape — feel really bad and experience strong hunger when they enter a calorie deficit. In general, appetite is a good sign; it means the body has fire, it’s functioning well, and it’s healthy.
But if you want to lose fat — whether you’re in great shape or not — you still need to enter a calorie deficit and eat less. At least that’s how I understand it.
If you do only cardio without weight training — won’t you burn muscle as well?
If you keep your Heart rate between 110 and 130 then the Body will primarily rely on fat as a fuel and not muscle.
So the muscle is protected in this case. The funny thing is that, to achieve this heart rate, it‘s not even very hard ![]()
Fat is a storage fuel and the body is smart. Just think of it in terms of our very early ancestors. They did not have the luxury of having food on the table everyday. Food had to be hunted or gathered.
So the people then took all they could get. And if you rhink about it that‘s why fat is actually something very well thought out of our bodys.
1g of Fat has the most calories, about 9.3 while 1g Glucose and protein have about 4.3 Calories.
If someone eats too much and doesn‘t use the excess Energy, then it gets stored in the body as fat, because the body thinks, maybe he won‘t be eating tomorrow.
Now picture someone who has no food but has stored some fat in his body. If he was smart, then he would not start wasting his Energy, by running around with full intensity.
Hunters would have to walk a lot everyday, and they would keep a steady pace that would allow the body to make use of the fat.
Only in short instances do they use their full Energy, to hunt an animal and tjis brief period, the body may start using Muscle as fuel, because the Glykogen is empty.
I hope this is well explained![]()
I will write a short story for this in the hopes of motivating some people ![]()
This is actually a great explanation
It makes a lot of sense.
When I lost 6 KG in 3 months and put on a lot of muscle I was pretty much eating more than 3000 Calories a day.
Mostly Protein.
At that time I was doing Cardio almost everyday, but usually longer sessions. Like 7-10 kilometers.
So I would burn through all the carbs and then start burnin the fat. While also building muscle.
I don‘t really know how I did it but I just did it haha. I ate the same Breakfast every single day and it was about 1400 calories and packed so much protein.
I trained intensely and consistently and after 3 months the results spoke foe themselves.
You are right that if a person wants to lose fat they should be in a deficit, but if the Person is doing training, especially Cardio then a deficit is not necessary at all.
Especially with what I suggested.
Let‘s say you eat your last meal at 6 PM. And it was a normal meal with Carbs, fats and protein. Then all the Energy of this food would be used up or converted until the next morning.
In the morning you are in a fasted state. If you wake up at 6 am that‘s 12 hours of fasting.
Your Body is now automatically consuming fat as a fuel source, because the body has it‘s reserves.
Muscle is usually last to get used up, especially if it‘s being used and if the protein supply is sufficient.
Then you go and do your Cardio. Every single Calorie you now burn, will be fat.
If you walk for 1 hour at 120 heartbeats per minute you burn from 400 to 700 calories, depending on body.
Now take 550 calories for example and divide them by 9.3. thats about 60.
So you‘ve burned off 60 grams of pure fat in 1 hour with low effort.
Now do that everyday for 1 week and that‘s 420 grams of pure fat. Now do that for one month and you are at 1680grams of pure fat gone.
If you manage to eat right and not go over board, especially on the carbs and sugar, then the fat will be gone. It has no choice in the matter ![]()
I second sikras67 ‘s method. I control my heart rate and it produces amazing results. Especially combined with the workout amplifier field. For me it works even better than burn fat whole body, especially if I listen after a workout.
I feel bad suggesting anything when you are making unbelievable fields around the clock and providing us with daily support, but whenever you may feel like it, a field that does automated zone 2 cardio may be a game changer (especially light jogging uphill for 30mins-1hour). I guess the tricky part is that reaching and maintaining zone 2 highly depends on age and current fitness level. I notice myself having to slow down my pace as I go, to maintain the correct heart rate. Also zone 2 for a 40 year old is different than a 20 year old because it is all calculated based on maximum heart rate for the individual.
Of course I am happy to keep jogging
it’s just hard to get that kind of time daily when you have a life, so it could be a great substitute for when you have to skip a day or want to get a second session in that same day.
At one point, the best decision I ever made for my nutrition was switching to 18/6 intermittent fasting. I’d call it a “eating window” rather than fasting. Later, I moved to eating just one meal a day (OMAD). That was the real game-changer: I started melting right before my eyes, and the fat disappeared so fast.
When it comes to weight loss, insulin levels and avoiding insulin spikes are the most important things. If you eat a candy bar or snack every 2-3 hours, your insulin spikes after every bite, and the fat-burning process slows down.
With one meal a day, your insulin levels jump after you eat, but they return to normal within 4 hours and stay consistently low until the next day. This allows your body to burn through energy stores very efficiently. I’ve realized that the absence of insulin spikes is the key factor.
Another benefit of this routine is triggering autophagy. Plus, when your body switches to burning fat for fuel, you feel amazing all day long; your focus and thinking become incredibly sharp. In this mode, it’s very easy to lose weight even without workouts or cardio.
The only downside is the specific breath odor that happens during fat breakdown (ketosis).
Eating once a day was a great decision back then, ana I really need to get back to it ))
Oh, and I forgot: you get so much free time! You don’t spend the day thinking about food, cooking, or where to go for lunch. You start choosing higher-quality products and generally pay much more attention to what you consume.

Thank you thank you thank you Maitreya!!!
Thank you @Maitreya . I am playng the Psycho-emotional Fulfillment and it feels quite strong. I had the idea in mind of doing an experiment of how fit I can become only using fields, like automatic workout fields. I have used them in the past, but haven’t been consistant with them, even though they work great on me.
And one cool idea that may become a field one day is the concept of brown fat cells that actually burn calories.
This is interesting, and I know it works for many people, but what happens after you lose all your body fat and need to increase your food intake? Do you stay on one meal a day for life?
Because if you go back to 2–3 meals, it’s likely the body will start gaining weight again, especially if it has been in a large calorie deficit.
For example, for a man to roughly maintain his weight, if he’s lightly active, he needs around 2,500–3,000 calories per day. I don’t think most people can eat more than 1,500 calories in one meal — and that would probably be with junk food. With healthy food, it would be quite difficult.
Are you still on that regime, or have you moved into a maintenance phase?
It would be interesting.
