Other ways you can catch beliefs that are deep rooted in your subconsciousness.
For example now i start to work for better relationships-soulmate:
Variant 1: Remember your ancestors relationships. What problems did they have, do you repeat that in your life? All this is in your genes and you don’t know why you even act like that. If you don’t like something, change it.
Variant 2: Imagine that you have the perfect thing you want. For example now i imagine i get married to the guy i want to. How does that make me feel? Do I feel loving and comfortable or do I feel fear? Do i have some other feelings that can stop me from being 100% me and broke my new relationship? , etc…
What is going in my head will be projected as a reality after that.

yes, what I realized that was hindering a lot of progress for me on this was not removing a belief just because I knew it wasn’t true. For example, I knew I wasn’t stupid but that doesn’t mean that somewhere along my lifetime I didn’t pick that up from bullying/not doing well in school etc. Just because my conscious mind knows it’s not true doesn’t mean its not effecting me negatively in my subconscious
lets say for example I have a fear of lonliness, what would be a new positive belief that isn’t just I am not afraid to be alone? I am uncovering a lot of underlying fears but how to properly create new affirmations that will create a positive change is now what I am struggling with. If anyone could share what they have done that would be greatly appreciated, Thanks
You replace fears with loves. So, for example you could replace the fear of being alone with the love of meeting new people.

Yes, this is why I was asking. I know it’s possible to manifest stuff consciously, but it seems that subconscious beliefs hold me back with this for instance
Yes. When you’re aware and focused, what you say and how you act come from the conscious mind, but when you’re distracted, on auto-pilot, or just going through the motions, what you say and how you act come from the subconscious.
Conscious living requires a lot of effort, so most people operate primarily out of the subconscious mind, especially in how they act. It’s easy to focus for a minute, think something through, and say what you’ve decided to do consciously. But, it’s much harder to act it out, especially if you have a conflicting subconscious belief.
This is why watching your behavior in hindsight is an effective way to determine your subconscious beliefs, because subconscious actions happen when you’re not consciously paying attention!
If there’s something you repeatedly do but don’t like, if the results in your life never seem to work out the way you planned, or if you repeatedly do different than what you say/think, then you’ve likely got conscious vs subconscious conflicts.
@Maitreya if i have fear of driving a car and now i want to remove it , can you please tell me how to do this , i always have a feeling that i will crash something if i drive , please suggest

Dear Maitey, I think this is a great field, maybe one of the best fields out there. But for people who don’t really understand how Subconscious work, beginner, it is quite confused to use this field properly. So my suggesstion is to creating new specific Subconscious Reprogramming for every area of life. Such as health, mental, physic, …etc. So that i think people will buy more of your fields and they will achieve better result. Many thanks

This field took me a while to figure out but now that I have I have seen great changes in my life, it just takes a lot of work and self inquiry to realize why I behaved the way I did. once I was able to remove a few of my root fears things really started to change, this field is a lot of work but once you start figuring it out it is totally worth it. Thanks to everyone who has shared their input on it.

Driving my car is giving me good emotions
When there is DANGER and FEAR with something best way is to install safety. Remember that events and situations are as they are, but our look at them is different and creates positive or negative experiences.
