Fields are simply tools, they should be used as a supplement and not the other way around. When you say that you’re “risking everything for the audios” it makes it look like you’re coming from a place of despair. If you’re putting all your hope in these audios then that means that you feel powerless on a subconscious level. Remember, your mindset is way more powerful than any of these tools and it will fight to keep reinforcing what you believe/feel.
If that is the case, perhaps your may need to address this first.

On another note, how’s your diet and exercise? Have you done any blood tests recently? How’s your hormone levels? What about vitamin deficiencies?
Many people cure themselves physically, psychologically and even spiritually just by changing their diet. Not everything needs to be addressed from an esoteric standpoint.

As for fields making you feel overloaded… it depends on what other symptoms you feel.
While grounding usually helps by clearing the build up of the energy in the aura, it won’t heal the nervous system.

My girlfriend used the Revision - Full Restart mandala for 1 month alone and it seemed to help with similar symptoms.

But if there’s damage done to the nervous system, then you might need to walk away from fields altogether for a while and work on healing the entire nervous system instead.

Our nervous system inputs info to our systems differently for different situations and experiences. Chances are, some of these fields trigger of an area of the body where the nervous system is weaker.

ok… Here’s my “what a therapist won’t actually say but thinks” version. This is my personal (off the record professional opinion from a Mental Health Therapist)

I mentioned Neville Goddard - because it was a nice version of saying - You create your own reality. If you feel like shit - it’s you causing you to feel like shit.

It’s not just a Neville Goddard thing, it’s what everyone say’s thing. It’s proven by Quantum Science.

Your thoughts - create an environment in which the body chemically responds - i.e. emotions, hormones etc…

Your thoughts create your feelings - Your feelings create your actions (and reactions), Your actions (& reactions) create your events & behaviours, Your events create your life.

If you feel like shit, or if your life is shit - then YOU are the cause. YOUR thoughts are the cause. (Your beliefs really)

Yes - I’m using what’s known as the shock induction to pass your critical factor that bypass’s your conscious mind and if you are still reading this , it’s already planting the seed to grow in your subconscious mind. It’s probably triggering the hell out of you - but that’s the point. I had too.

Yep… I hear you say… What about… Shit life situations, people making you feel like shit, people doing shitty things etc… We attract what we are - the world is a mirror. (Throw in a few essential life lessons that we pre-planned before coming to this earth) If you don’t respect yourself - then you attract people that don’t respect you. If you don’t worthy of good relationships - then you’ll attract shitty people and relationships. That’s just HOW it works.

So where was I… Your thoughts… right… ok acknowledge that you are creating your emotions and life and then go about changing them. The hardest part is finding the thoughts that are cause, we usually are blind to our own limiting beliefs.

Here are some…
If you think there is something wrong with you - there will be
If you think you are burnout or Can’t handle energy - then you are and you can’t.
WHATEVER you assume is true.
If you think there’s some evil frickin spirit stalking you - then reality has to reflect that BELIEF back.
If you think there’s some kind of problem - there will be

NOW… your thoughts… are actually never your own. They are a collection of thoughts from your environment since the day you were born. (including everything you have ever watched, heard or seen) Take stock of your daily inputs - Everything you hear, read, see… how much is it negative? How much positive?

Whatever you have going around your head… it’s not your fault. BUT changing them is your responsibility. Take full conscious control and start thinking new thoughts.

Moving along…
From my experience… through clients. When they are having a really really trying time, it’s because something is trying to release. It needs to come up to come out. The more you resist and try to fight it, the worse it gets. Sit quietly, close your eyes - Ask what needs to come out? The first flash of a thought or a picture or anything - is usually the right answer.

I’m going to go out on a limb here and tap into my intuition and say it’s something really deep and old that has been buried deep. Something about it wanting to be acknowledged… I keep getting shown the word “acknowledgment” but I don’t know the meaning behind it. I also hearing - do something about your adrenals.

(Some medical professionals don’t believe in Adrenal fatigue but it’s real - however everything is energy, your thoughts are thought forms, forms of energy, if they are out, it’s causing the physical body to be out)

Now… As someone said above…

Let’s go back to basics.

Are you getting 7 to 8 hours decent sleep a night (Proper REM)?
Are you eating the right foods?
Are you drinking enough water?
Are you getting sun every day? (The sun is our energy source)
Are you getting exercise?

Take stock of your environment - people/places/things ?
Which ones empower you, which ones disempower you?

What about goals? What about career? Do you feel empowered or disempowered?

Ok… I’ve done my rant. I’ll leave it at that. Take what you will and leave the rest.

I’m so sorry for what you’re going through. From what I’ve read of you previously, you face a lot of challenges in your life that most of us couldn’t even begin to imagine the enormity of. And yet you’re here on the forum helping others wherever you can. :heart:

I applaud you for looking “outside the box” for solutions to your issues. Lots of great advice has been given, but I suspect you already know most, if not all, of that. And in fact that’s the reason you’re here - to find a way to heal and, essentially, to reprogram your subconscious mind in order to create a happier, healthier life. Aren’t we all?

I understand the frustration, even desperation, especially when you’re very aware that you’re creating your, not exactly positive(!), reality. And you keep trying every tool you come across to try and change your thoughts without getting results. In my experience this is especially true when you’ve faced a lot of challenges and limitations from birth, whether physical or emotional. I mean it’s all well and good to go up to someone living under a bridge and tell them that all they need to do is think like they’re a millionaire and somehow, miraculously, they’ll soon be living in mansion. Let’s be honest, if it was that easy then we’d all be living on easy street.

I so wish I could now offer you the solution to all your issues, but unfortunately I can’t. All I can do is encourage you to not give up. It is totally ok if you feel that you need to take a break from fields for a while. In fact I think that might be a good thing. A few weeks, a few months, only you will know what you need. I hope and pray that you will then find the strength to come back and keep trying. I for one will be here rooting for you, and I’m sure there will be many others.

I don’t have any experience with Brenda but have read a lot of good things about her. I would love to offer to pay for you to consult her but I’m not able to. It might be a first on this forum but if you were to set up a GoFundMe account or similar, I would love to contribute.

This is going to be an unpleasant comment, but what DarkMatter is experiencing here is the real ‘‘ascension symptoms’’. It’s not a mild flu and funky dreams but an apparent degeneration of mental health, will to live, and quality of life that may continue for years. Within this mess, it’s true, you supposedly have the free will to change your perspective / perception and not suffer. It’s not constant either, with moments of natural highs in-between (for me, anyway).

At this moment there are many new and more powerful energies that come from higher levels and many people who have blockages (related to fear-love), have a lot of emotional, mental, and physical discomforts.

Also, if you get worse over time - there is something that you hold and don’t want to release.
Suffering gets worse when you don’t want to see what’s wrong / or when you don’t want to release something.

There are people who use the suffering to get attention from others, to get energy from others, to have control over others with their suffering. Check if you have some of those.

Find a new hobby or something that is charging you and you want to get up happy and cheerful and to have a good reason to live, wake up, do things…

I don’t recommend mef dynamics, I believe a lot of my tiredness problem came from using their fields, I used the morphic field converter a lot. After starting Maitreya’s review and sapiens aura clearing I have never used any mef audio again, and these problems will not come back. But I never associated this with mef, the day before yesterday I had the bad idea to go back to using the morphic field converter, and everything came back, extreme tiredness, really extreme, no matter how much I slept, I couldn’t recover, I associated the use with the converter of morphic field and stopped using it but still haven’t recovered, tired of waiting I started using permanet results integrator to delete the morphic field converter, and now I’m using sapiens aura clearing audio if that doesn’t work I will have to use the review again. I can’t explain why this happens, maybe the morphic field converter is poorly optimized, and using it in a storage field is too taxing, or just the creator isn’t good enough and strange energies are mixed in the files, of all way this is, don’t recommend mef.

I didn’t use MEF, but I wanted to back up your point having strange symptoms directly connected to certain creators that are used by many. (symptoms being an understatement, but I’m not gonna create some paranoia) - With the symptoms immediately disappearing / returning in correlation with dis-association and usage of that creator respectively. Props to you, I used to just to ignore that stuff

It’s something really terrifying that I don’t wish for anyone, it’s not just plain tiredness, it’s weirder than that, I was completely exhausted but couldn’t sleep, it came with insomnia, I even thought I would die lol, definitely it’s a bad option to put audio from a creator you don’t fully trust in a storage item. It is much better to go little by little, but I think that I will only use audios from sapiens and maitreya anyway, however limiting it is a little bit limiting it avoids headaches.

you are absolutely right my friend 2 months ago i used mef’s space and i was just like you. Headache, dizziness, weakness, exhaustion, electrification in the head, numbness in the right arm, insomnia, fatigue… I thought I was going to die just like you and swore I wouldn’t listen to that man’s fields. It took me a month to recover and I’m still feeling some of the effects, it’s a really crappy channel.
