when does meditation get enjoyable I love the endings of mediation they feel like relief but when does mediation get enjoyable in the process I also do mantra mediation om mani padme hum is mantra do i build that energy up and find mediation enjoyable then also I do breath too

Kinda subjective, there’s no clear answer to that. It can be quite harsh or boring in the beginning but at a certain point it’s even hard to not want to meditate all day long if you get into that meditative flowstate.

More important is to take after meditation the state also outside in your daily life and to be aware of both sides, subjective and objective at the same time.

But lets say if someone practices it daily for weeks or months there should be some clear results, if not then there’s something wrong.
