How long does it take you to fully integrate a DM?

I was just curious. I know the right answer is “it depends.” I usually look for signs. I get an initial phase where I can feel my body adjusting, usually a healing crisis of sorts. Then changes in my thought patterns. Then I enter a third phase in which I hardly feel the influence of the DM, as if I didn’t need it anymore. At that point I simply keep it for another two months to make sure that it integrates better, usually with PRI. So for me it is usually 3-4 months total. I am not entirely sure that I am doing it right though which is why I would love to hear your experiences. what does it usually feel like for you? How long do you keep each DM?

There are plenty of fields that I have been using for years, such as Mutant Soldier or Greek Goddess, the Book of Health, and Speed Learning, boosters and many more. When I stopped the Book of Health my immunity level dropped down, so I keep them on so my body constantly receives supporting energy. Because I did so much clearing in the past years, my body needs additional support. I evolve, clear, and remove stuff all the time; anything that can help my body recover is always on.
Fields for removal or clearing, all Divine series are with the Optimizer so my HS decides when I need it.
Tbh I keep many fields for years because they allow me to progress and level up.

Wow, mutant soldier and greek goddess. You must be in amazing shape. You let us know when you hit 2x bodyweight deadlift
You really inspire me because I am trying to find the right physical fields to support my body all the time. My list is getting better though.
Clearing fields seem to work the fastest for me but the healing crisis is brutal.
I know it only takes a few weeks for the downloads from Speed Learning to be complete, but how long does it take you to feel like you have really absorbed that knowledge?

Actually, my femininity won’t allow me to go in this direction. My body knocks me down when I don’t honour my soft side. I did too many workouts and not so much yoga, and I had consequences. So, I need to find a balance between being soft and strong.

Depending on how much you’re practising the subject, I’m not monitoring this at all. I’m downloading so much all the time and constantly learning and doing research, so it is happening automatically for me. I also use The Art of Utilization, so I have a double stream. In the beginning, I had migraines because it was too much, but I used all the fields that helped with processing information. When it comes to learning, I’m greedy.
