Hello guys. For those of you that don’t know me, I have been working up to using fields for over a year. A bad experience with an entity was keeping me from using fields at all and with everyone’s help here I finally feel better and don’t get overloaded easily anymore. Two months ago I hit a milestone of using non physical fields 24/7 and my body handled it really well (thanks to @Maitreya for putting together an incredible custom field).
4 days ago I felt brave and activated Mutant Soldier 24/7 to see if I could use a physical field like that also for the first time. Overall I feel surprisingly good, but there is some jittery like discomfort (like I have too much energy in my body) that doesn’tgo away and is slightly worsening. I have been grounding and drinking lots of water but it doesn’t go away.
I have been tempted both to push through or to suspend the field and come back to it in a month or two. I thought I would ask you guys for guidance in my decision and possibly @Polaris since she is the one that helped me in my journey all along. I just can’t tell if my body will adjust or if I will overload once more and could use help looking for signs. FYI Let’s say that the last time I pushed through, it did not end well lol.
There is also option C which is I could keep using the field but limit to 12 hours a day or less (after all it is a field that increases energy and perhaps I shouldn’t use it overnight). Please let me know your thoughts and thank you for being here for me as always.
You could try doing a workout or going for a walk to see if that feeling goes away. It’s generally expected to gain more energy that needs to be expended.
Thank you so much! That’s very helpful because I thought I had to rest. I will try it and let you know how it goes.
Give it a try. You can see if there is a difference afterward. When the energy becomes too much, it is good to expend it.
Mutant Soldier needs physical activity to strengthen your body. I increased workouts to 5x per week, and it tremendously increased my vitality. I’m less tired than before. I used MS mostly because it helps me with energy work and I got less overloaded, or less heavy healing crisis.
When I had only 3x workouts, I needed to take a nap sometimes after heavy energy work. Plus, I don’t do cardio anymore, which was my main focus before. I’m focusing on strength training, and MS is magic. I just disabled a feature about weight gain.
So yeah, push yourself harder to feel less tired, ironically. I regenerate very fast after workouts but I also use a lot of supplements.
Yes I followed Maitreya’s advice and I feel much better today. Hopefully that’s all there is. I wouldn’t mind at all, as I really missed when I used to train for many hours a day lol. I was just too tired lately. I’ll keep at it.
Did you use field editor to do that? I know that you have to remove the line for that to work. I was wondering, is it possible to mod a number? For instance if I changed -“Endurance increase by 500%” to 300% would that work?
Also, I couldn’t find a user that had MS for a long time to ask them about results. Could you please share if your results? I can tell the endurance is off the charts already. What about getting leaner, more flexible and stronger?
And yeah, a big part of my choice was because you had mentioned it can increase how much energy work you can do. Thank you Polaris! I can’t believe we made it to this point! When I got here, if I listened to the grounding audio once, it would knock me out for a week.
I know you can’t add new features with the Editor but not sure if decreasing would work. You can try and let us know. It won’t build up you from 0 to 500. This is a gradual process.
Stronger yes. I add more weight much faster than without it. I tested with and off on my workouts before.
Leaning started to work when I switched off the weight gainer. I had to change workouts for that, too.
Flexibility - yes. I don’t need stretching that much to prevent muscle strains. I’m planning to do more yoga to actually build this up. To simplify, this field will boost all your physical activity, so you need less time than people who don’t use it to achieve results.
Awesome! Thank you so much for all your help!
