Since there’s a sale i’m looking at audios for physique again. I haven’t used one specifically for this as haven’t really found something that fully stands out.
The issue I have is that alot of the new ones especially have alot of talking about different bodily functions/hormones etc whereas I prefer the older descriptions that seemed more straightforward. I worry with those audios it won’t be sustainable since it won’t be installing the right habits of eating, the self-image, dealing with subconscious issues in the way of getting into ideal shape.
And none of them deal with installing the self image of being in ideal shape, nor deal with the subconscious or emotional issues that make you hold onto excess bodyfat or stop you from getting into ideal shape.
I know from experience how much emotional issues/trauma/past experiences etc contribute to being overweight and I got into very good shape twice in my life.
The first time I put more weight back on eventually years later due to a massive trauma that i’ve mostly dealt with.
This time i’ve maintained a good weight but since dealing with chronic illness i’ve struggled to get back into good shape, and holding onto too much fat and struggling to put on more muscle. My body seems to go up and down, i’ll start getting results then will go backwards from frustration, low energy or sabotaging it.
So as good as these audios sound like they could help, they don’t seem to deal with the emotional/subconscious/self-image side that is incredibly important when it comes to losing weight, but i’m also seeing is just as important in going past that to getting into ideal shape and not just ‘slim’. I don’t want to be ‘slim’ I want a strong, athletic, functional physique.
So my goals -
-To deal with the blockages, trauma, emotions, negative self-image stopping me from getting into ideal shape.
-To lose fat and build muscle and reach my ideal shape. Not bodybuilder size, more a warrior or calisthenics type physique.
-To increase my drive, passion, enjoyment and love of working out and training like it used to be.
-Solve issues resulting in low testosterone.
I found hormone healer helpful on youtube, but the problem was the more powerful purchased version is only a mandala and I only want to use audios, so I didn’t even download or use the mandala at all. I moved on from the youtube video to try something else. It did seem to help me do my workout and feel okay after it instead of depressed and having no energy like before (I believe that may have been from a testosterone drop after hard workouts which was already low)
The other audios that appeal to me are older ones that are only mandalas - androgen receptors, superhuman testosterone booster, hormone healer as I have low testosterone.
Ultimate god body has height boosting which I don’t want and isn’t a good use of my energy and doesn’t really stand out to me otherwise.
-Greek god v2 I would have already brought for this as it stands out by far the most, but it has face changing stuff which I don’t want either which is unfortunate because the rest of it sounds awesome. Something like this without face changing kind of stuff would be awesome since it has masculinity aswell as physique.
Basically the same field without number 1 in the description as all the rest of it I want. I’d love a version of this with everything except number 1, with also transforming the self-image and habits and such to stay in ideal shape.
Potential audios - (none are really mentioning testosterone, but that’s part of what I want too).
-Muscles recovery and growth stands out the most. Mentions testosterone but i’m not sure if it’s only for recovery or boosting it fully. I love the mental aspect of symbolizing strength in the psyche and harnessing ones innate strength. But being old I get the impression it might not be as advanced as the next one’s i’ll mention. Maybe it’s also the simple language unlike the newer fields which seem to be written like that to get peoples interest, but they don’t get my interest as much.
-The Titan Gate sounds good too and is standing out to me too, especially the titan mentality part. It hints at potential self image in “it pulls you into the future version of yourself that strength alone could never reach” but it doesn’t directy mention anything about that.
-Hercules the demigod actually has audio and rereading the description, it sounds good. But to me it looks like it’s more hardcore to build tons of muscle no matter what and more towards being a bodybuilder. Am I misunderstanding it?
Hercules doesn’t fully stand out to me, though I do like the internal drive, personal power etc mentioned at the end. Does it contain skin tightening which could help me from excess skin from previous weight loss? It hints at that again but i’m not totally sure.
-Ares protocol. Maybe, doesn’t stand out too much at the moment.
-Omega balance might help with fat loss, but again sounds like it’ll only help while listening and not develop the right habits and self image to maintain it.
Any thoughts or insights? Or some audios i’ve missed. At this point i’ll probably only look to add 1 audio as i’ve lessened my playlist already and feel like it may be too much with more.
