I am finally convinced that my nervous system is more ‘stressful’ than i thought…My acupuncturist told me to relax while i thought i had already ‘deeply’ relax (he did not want to inject the needle until my muscle gets softer). So that may also explain why i am constantly in pain during meditation because my mind and body are not at the same relax level. Also I find my penis is extremely sensitive, any short video advertisement with lady dressing explicitly/sexy will make my penis arouse (some tool websites will include these advertisement to earn money)
May I know has anyone experienced them and feel which one is the best?

Hello, Reality Shifter is one of our best fields, and I personally use it at least a few times per week for different things. What’s special about it is that I don’t really feel anything while using it, but then new people, opportunities, or situations start appearing that create change.
The thing is, you’re not always completely sure when the actual opportunity arrives. I just know that when something comes into my life, it’s meant for me because I’ve already “ordered” it, so I grab it right away. I’ve made very few wrong choices this way — less than 3–4 over several years.
So I definitely recommend using it and paying close attention to new things that appear in your life, and when something comes up, grab it immediately.

I used grounding mats to sleep, and well, i found my sleep quality actually decreased. It’s like…i feel more sleepy (lack of good rest) after i used the mat. May try more weeks to tell the effect.
