I would like to ask is there any recent field that is similar to “bomb of love”?
My goal is to ‘open my heart’, or at least, release the over self-protection guard.
“bomb of love” gives me a cool bliss at my chest area at the beginning, so I think something is working out. My master said that I continued to run in circle at the low tier cultivation, which breaks my heart for all the hard efforts i have used in last ten years. He said that my heart is tightly closed, due to possible fear that I don’t recognize or have access to through meditation (meaning, I am not relax enough still).
I have tried “Heart De-armouring”. It does not make much impact on me.
Any good suggestion? I tried the old “heart chakra” track before, but not yet the new one yet. The old heart chakra track, doesn’t help me much.
