Can you please make some realizations for example…
1 - The realization of pratityasamutpada(dependent origination) by buddha and later beautifully explained by chandrakirti and nagarjuna it states that every phenomena is dependently originated and doesn’t have a single cause or even a essence for example if the cause of tree is only seed then why the seed doesn’t produce a tree when the seed is thrown at the rock soo a tree is dependent origination of mud water seed etc… it also state that because of dependent origination there is no essence for example the chariot is not in the horse, nor in the wheels but it is also not without the horse nor without the wheels and in the same way a chariot seems to appear because of dependent origination but it doesn’t have the essence And it means that there is no essence, no chariotness that “exists” intrinsically within the chariot.
“Exist” in the Buddhist context refers to intrinsically arising, or not depending on any supporting causes or parts.
We can certainly say that the chariot occurs, in the same sense that all phenomena temporarily occur, or arise, as long as the conditions are there to produce the result.

2 - Shunyta(emptiness) by nagarjuna the Fundamental concept here is that everything is empty of essence(A Permanent thing) even objects and actions like walking etc…The books for this will be mulamadhyamakarika by nagarjuna

3 - Yogachara vijanawada by vasubnadhu - The concept here is that everything is appearing in a universal mind and the character you are playing is also appearing in the mind

4 - Samkhya by kapil muni - The knowledge here is that you are purusha(the light or the knower) and you are free from prakriti(ego , karmas , intellect and all its 25 parts) so the knowledge here is to gain the knowledge of purusha and get freed from prakriti

5 - Advaita Vedanta by shankracharya - So knowledge here is that there is no-two and everything is Brahman but because of ignorance(not knowing your real nature) all this play happens so you have to get knowledge(vidya) to remove ignorance and merge in Brahman.(if you like i will explain more and in detail)

I think to make a realizations like this some step by step realizations must happen. First should be of Impermanence(that everything is changing) next should be of no-self(because everything is changing so which one was you) next should be the realization of suffering(because everything is changing so everything will ultimately cause suffering) Next realization should be of cause and effect(the reason and the conditions for suffering) and next should be removing of all Samskaras(Causal imprints) and for removing Causal imprints realization for no-self is very necessary because it will remove the Ignorance of doer. So the new samskaras will not be made and old ones will get removed when the imprints will be gone the effect of it(Awareness and desire) will not arise.
