Can be easily done with the samurai katana.
Oh pretty good, i usually charge it with some violet light and clean first the aura then each chakra. Usually i play sapiens card aura cleaner and run exorcism 2.0 while doing it.
If you do first some pranayama the katana will be much stronger, especially if you charge the sword with something.
(you also can work with your servitor while doing it)

You can use it as u want actually, sometimes i just hold a conceptual tought (with just direct feeling on the area), sometimes i visualize it.

I did actually try and it didnt work, theres a parasite or thoughtform on my dopamine receptors , brain reset seems to weaken it but the katana gets resisted.
When I wear the mandala the armor comes and goes, when it does integrate it seems to auto-banish the thoughtforms etc, even the people I pass by, but then leaves and comes back etc, probably subconscious resistance to the demonic bloodlust the warrior aspect can cause lol.
But its still interesting what mechanism it uses, I was thinking maybe something similar to Michaels sword?

Then you need more charge. Do the star exercise like 10-15min before using the katana again. (or charge then the sword to make it stronger)

How about a field that will manifest all the probiotics/good bacteria and prebiotics/fiber a human needs in their gut to become perfectly healthy? Humans need a variety of probiotics in their gut that will produce digestive enzymes that will digest the nutrients from food; this will lead to good mental and physical health. Prebiotics/fiber are needed to feed the probiotics.
Most mental and physical disease that are not genetic are caused by poor gut health.

But can there be a field to eliminate stuttering which is by birth, permanently?
There are no fields for this from any creator
And no other solution in material world (that I know of)
