Yes, but the root of grinding is mostly stress. It helped me with headaches caused by stress. I set precise instruction, to remove the root of my headache.
Read the description because it has commands. You need to meditate, activate it once for each problem, and it will work in the background.

IMPORTANT: When you use the mandala for the skeletal system always use the mandalas for the muscular system and the fascia, as they are interconnected and work together.

If it’s used only for Fascia, there’s no need for the other two - skeletal and muscular. However, if one of them is used, it must be combined with the other two.

You don’t need to look at it. You can focus on the field and it will be enough. It doesn’t matter which copy.
Just for you to know, that only one copy works. When you have fields in MMv2 and printed copy, you don’t boost them.
