I believe in leverage from the contributions of others over brute force by my own efforts alone. As long as your discernment is effective and you’re able to filter out bad advice, it can be very effective to live this way.
Also, when I say “spiritual guidance”, that includes wisdom from the Higher Self, which I know you’re a fan of. From what I remember, you just don’t like what you see as uninformed opinions from various entities, or am I misunderstanding your position?

what results have u gotten
not with all fields I have results, I got bigger arms with the workout one for a while but later seems slowed down and I stopped using it, but in general, to check if one works (or at least is working in some way) is loop it for a while, and If I feel drained or similar I know is doing something. So from sigh some audios I see working and others not, IDK maybe is about blocks, beliefs, or another thing.
