Hello, it’s been a while! I don’t know if anyone remembers me anymore lol, I used to comment a lot on this forum, but I disappeared about 2 years ago, during that time a lot of things happened, but more precisely recently, I started testing a new methodology to get results in audios.
It’s not a new technology or anything like that, but rather a new way of using audios to achieve better results: listening to audios while meditating! I started to notice that depending on the position I was in, the effects of the audios varied. I’ve tried many ways. For many years, I listened to the audios while concentrating and lying down, but I realized that it wasn’t as effective as listening while meditating. And when I say listening to audios while meditating, I’m not just talking about concentration, because if concentration were the reason in itself, it would be enough to concentrate in any position.
I’m talking about meditating like Buddha, legs crossed and straight posture, you don’t need to do the full lotus position, because not even I have the necessary flexibility to perform that position lol, just cross your legs comfortably and moderately, place your hands on your knees, close your eyes and concentrate on the audios.
It’s simply a totally different experience from any other way of using the audios, at least for me. I can’t explain why this happens, because as I said, it’s not just concentration, because if it were any position it would be enough, it could be several things, but I definitely know that it changes something. I’ve gotten more results doing it this way than in any other way in my entire life. The energetically programmed frequencies and audios have shown themselves to be the most promising, because I felt that they became much stronger. The subliminals honestly didn’t change much, they became stronger, but they didn’t show such quick results. I believe that the greatest result so far has been in the correction of my teeth. I have crooked wisdom teeth that hurt my gums, this causes recurring inflammation and a lot of pain when chewing. In a few days I managed to move my wisdom tooth using a frequency in meditation. I know that this frequency is nothing special because I’ve used it before, and it was never as strong as it is now. I’ve also had improvements in other things using other frequencies and morphic fields, but the greatest ones so far are those of my teeth. I also discovered this a little while ago. than a month, so it’s not enough time to say many things.
If you are open-minded and want to test new ways to improve results, I strongly suggest trying this. I would like to know if this is only the case for me, or for other people as well. If this is the case for other people as well, perhaps this could be an important new discovery in this area, to create more concrete methodologies on how to really get more results.
