I always use one stack, i donât like stacks for different stuffâŠ
But im with 80-90% with it quite consistent for months, thats very important if you want some really good results. If people change their stack like their underwear⊠

No, I was not sure if it was safe, which audio to use etc.
Would use it only if itâs really important, it can have side-effects.

No i mean the rife frequencies, theyâre not really effective if you just play it trough a speaker.
You could play harmonious classical music and it would do much more.

No they are meant to run trough a machine that amplify the frequencies.
Energetic stuff from sz maitreya or sapiens are way better than just youtube rife frequencies.
