Sinusitis, also known as a sinus infection or rhinosinusitis, is inflammation of the sinuses resulting in symptoms. Common symptoms include thick nasal mucus, a plugged nose, and pain in the face. Other signs and symptoms may include fever, headaches, poor sense of smell, sore throat, and cough. Sinusitis can be caused by infection, allergies, air pollution, or structural problems in the nose. Most cases are caused by a viral infection.

This field is awesome! Sometimes dust or something will get in my nostrils and get stuck, causing thick mucus buildup and runny nose. After listening to this 3-4 times, the mucus becomes thinner and pushes the dust particles out of my nostril and I feel better soon after!

I don’t need this very often, but it’s great to have when needed
