Problem with sexual energy and headaches

First of all, I am prone to having headaches, so I have to be careful with fields, got many times a headache if I listen to the “wrong” field.
This topic is, however, all about transmutation of sexual energy or accumulation of it.
If the field is something related to sexual energy, it is almost 100% guaranteed I will get a headache.
For example:

Bhramcharya V2
Attract Women Instantly Confident Sex Appeal and Magnetism
Transmute S - Energy
Attraction Magnetic Sexual Bundle (FOR HIM)

Just anything which deals with some transformation of sexual energy, maybe from the lower part moving higher, etc. I do not know why is that exactly.

I have tried several aura clearing fields… with no luck.
Since, like I wrote, I am prone to having headaches, in my normal life, I can have a headache for many reasons, not just from fields. Also tried various fields dealing with the nervous system, vagus nerve, fight or flight mode, etc. Sometimes these things even worsen it. Nothing helped so far.

Maybe someone will have some advice.

Did you have a lot of headaches before you discovered fields?

How is your diet? Are you eating clean and drinking clean. Maybe you should take a blood test and see if you have any deficiencies.

How is your sleep? Are you getting enough rest?

And then where is the headache located. In the front, is it more of a migraine?

You should check out the Podcast from Andrew Huberman on Headaches and maybe one of those types of Headaches is yours.

Once you turn on a field it could be enough overload to trigger your Headache.

Yes
This is a neurological issue or let’s say genetical issue.
Also have Book of health and also have tried many times various brain fields.

How is your diet? Are you eating clean and drinking clean. Maybe you should take a blood test and see if you have any deficiencies.
I have a perfect diet.
Blood test is normal, no bad stuff.

How is your sleep? Are you getting enough rest?
Sleep is ok, measuring with Oura ring.

And then where is the headache located. In the front, is it more of a migraine?
It is headache, not migraine.

I am a more analytical and logical person, and just to be clear. I have had a problem with headaches all my life, from childhood.
I am too long in the sun, headache. Too windy outside, I am without a hat and out there too long, headache.
Playing video games for some time, headache.
So it is not definitely any trauma, I would guess, it is just my genetics, because my father also has constant headaches.

So I assume that sexual energy going from the lower chakra to the head chakra is somehow messing with my head, neurological makeup up and thus I got headaches.

And when this sexual energy stop in my head I feel quite horny but also getting headache.

I don’t know where you live, but I think Bowen therapy would do you a lot of good if there are specialists in your city. Also, try doing neck relaxation exercises daily for at least 3 weeks. Ideally, a specialist should guide you on which exercises are best for you. Also, play fields for unblocking the 4th, 5th, and 6th chakras.
