Do we always have to cancel / delete old programming with this (as it is written in instruction), or can we affirm new beliefs with things like āI amā¦ā statements?

Wow ā¦ I was just looking for the answer to this question, because I want to install sublimals in my subconscious, like that, I just need to listen to the subliminal just once.And not to repeat it by listening 2-3 times a day for several days But I didnāt know what negative beliefs to uninstall in order to replace it with a subliminal so I was stuck and wanted to ask for explanations if it was possible to use the program without uninstalling any program. For example to install a shield subliminal in my subconscious, I did not know which beliefs to cancel, because I think that I do not have negative beliefs in relation to a shield of prote. Thanks a lot, man.
How did this work for you ?! After how many days have you had results, how many times have you repeated it and how you formulated it. Sorry for all these questions, but if possible, answer the ones you can and all those who can provide additional information, I am also interested.

Man to be honest I havenāt tried great things yet, but I took several popular statements that looked good and just installed it, and I felt the energy change in my system, I still have a lot of experiments to do and say how it is, but I donāt think that itās possible to install powers or physical changes with this audio, we could make it easier by installing the belief that we already have them, but I think the other subliminals and morphic fields are different, but I cannot explain how they are different, well, I have a friend mine that is testing some things, I will update what I discover.

Does anyone have any belief tips to change to stop sabotaging thoughts? Everything that involves something I have to think brings me sabotaging thoughts, for example when I am reprogramming beliefs I think I cannot think about the wrong belief and it ends up making me think about it, most of the time I can avoid it but it is still difficult.
seems like you have intrusive thoughts of some sort, everything that I have reprogrammed I normally program with the belief " i know how to live without intrusive thoughts" āI know how it feels to live without intrusive thoughtsā. It would also be good to check your beliefs about morphic fields, subconcious reprogramming and belief work to make sure you believe it will work.

Done. 
Itās preferable to clean your house before the new furniture, but ā¦ yes, it will work only when installing also. Anyway, when there is strong negative belief, only the install will work for weeks-months and after that will get back.
This way can work and with permanent change as you start to see results in your reality and you feel better with it. āNegative beliefsā are not something that is punishing us. They are created (most) from traumas and pas experiences and now they are āprotecting usā from future harm.

Why would anyone stop using a tool that can achieve pretty much anything? Did you spam ābecome whole, self-acceptanceā by DW?
I am contemplating buying this product. Another member mentioned using subliminals in tandem with this product. My question if one were to use subs alongside this product. You cannot listen to both at the same time right ?. If i am listening to my subs on my headphones. How can i play and listen to this product ?.

sub on your phone, field on your computer? donāt listen to the field with headphones, earbuds for the sub
