I am also one of said people with absorption issues – I take my multivitamin via an all-in-one protein powder, which seems to be doing a better job for me. Maybe it’ll work for you too, unless you’re already taking it that way.
Adding to that, this would not only be of great physical benefit but damn, so many minerals and such can be damn expensive too, esp. on the regular.

A field for constipation. Most fields that exist only work indirectly or not at all .
Laxatives work by drawing water into the colon ,but it takes hours for them to work. So maybe keeping the same mechanism but enhancing the speed would be an option.
