A field for a permanent reduction of stank-causing bacteria would be cool. In b4 ‘shower moar’, ‘cause sometimes hormones, stress, and illness can impact things in a way good ol’ soap n’ deodorant can’t fix for long. After much trial and error over the years, I find baking soda and tea tree help me, so maybe a field containing the alkalizing properties of baking soda and chlorophyll along with the antibacteria nature of coconut oil would help with lasting freshness?
I envy the dudes who can sweat heavily in the summer and just don’t smell in the slightest. There’s a genetic explanation for this:
’ Several years ago ago, scientists discovered that a gene called ABCC11 determined whether people produced wet or dry earwax. Interestingly, people who produce the “dry” version of earwax also lack a chemical in their armpits that bacteria feed on to cause underarm odor.
“This key gene is basically the single determinant of whether you do produce underarm odor or not,” Day said.’
Basically, I’d love me some morphic deodorant backing me up, lol, because as it is I worry way too much about having even the faintest whiff about me. I’m sure I’m not alone in this!
