Does RS only allow shifting to stuff that’s within the realm of “normal” possibility, or could I, for example, shift to a reality where I have Kryptonian powers?

So I guess the DM: Inner Resistance Dissolver increase the efficiency of reality shifting ?
Can we just imagine without saying a word ? Like just imagine our future and it still work ?
Imagination / visualisation is one of the best key to shifting…

I still cannot visualize…
Most of the time I see nothing when I close my eyes, and sometimes I do, however, I have no control on things show up into my mind, and moat of the times they are just so terrifying and I dun want them… Like monster or so, so scary
This hinders me to do meditation and also to use any DM that requires visualization…
For this one, I have put it aside for a while already…
But I want to, I want to visualize and try to experience the reality shifting
I dunno what to do😔

I have that with me, but do not know how to use it, so I just have it in my sd card …
This field has to be activated and then to work with it. It doesn’t work automatically.

Both ones will work - the old one and the new one,
so if you don’t want the new one - you can use the old image.

Just an update on the RS DM.
I used this mandala yesterday morning visualizing and affirming 3x “I access the etheric dimension very easily for my benefit at all times everyday.” for just over a minute. Last night, I flew over an icy, snowy land area at dawn, I got the mental message “Greenland” and “Iceland”. It was really cold. I also listen to Sapien’s Astral Primer daily so this combination of DM and audio may have also worked together. I will try this out for AP.
