hey if i have conflict with my friend(we are not talking to each other and maybe will not for years,cause the conflict is very very huge)

Granted you’re not interested in materialistic results but can you go into a bit more detail into the changes?
Vadim Zeland in his book Tufti The Priestess shows you how to shift realities but the only caveat is that you have to fully believe the possibility and if you do the technique is like you jump into another world. I’ve done it many times for materialistic results and other things. The shift is not subtle, it’s like you get sucked into a different space.
My point:
Does the mandala shift even your belief and your mind works differently the instant you use the Mandala?
If so, this will achieve what Vadim teaches but in a much more effective way.

Does holding your visualization for a prolonged time while the Mandala is activated affect the result or a small amount of time does the same effect?

This is amazing!! I’ve been practicing reality shifting for a long time, and came close several times.
Maitreya I’m not sure if you have been seeing the craze about it, but could I use this alongside my scripts (ie have the field be able to copy my script as I read it in my mind/aloud and manifest them)?

In your opinion, does Reality Note or subconscious work still applies?
The concept of shifting reality says that what you believe and think depends on the reality/“script” you are playing.
After all, we are in nature just observers but to the degree that you’re identified with the reality you will forget.

So here’s my take on those exact tools. Go back and revise the past so you change the way that you think about things in the present. Use the reality note to manifest the timeline that’s your wanting to use the reality shifter to put you in. Essentially with the combo of those two the reality note and the reality shifter. It’s almost like connecting point a and point b with a laser.
Honestly I’m actually working on a protocol to use these three tools Plus a couple others like the revision from Sigh and some of the vibrational stuff from sapien but you’re definitely on the right track
