I plan to do smaller changes at the start and then bigger ones as I become used to this
For almost 3 months I have really bad back pain and it spread to my leg so my first task is to heal whatever damage i did
With this Mandala I repeated the affirmation “the muscles and nerves in my lower back and left leg are in perfect health and condition now”. I repeated this about 50 times and as I was doing this, my leg started having a subtle but strange feeling, it wasn’t vibrations, but hard to describe. Anyways my leg is now with less pain! Not gone but it is less!
I will do another set of repetitions later
