Thank you so much @Polaris. Unfortunately coffee enema are too quick and strong for my body, which happens to go in a neurological shock (vasovagal syncope) right after a strong treatment or massage. I know the cosmetic products. They are great! I’ll give a try to the one you suggested. If you happen to think of any other filed to help the body with gentle detox or lymphatic drainage let me know. I always appreciate your help and support!
One must be careful with the coffee enema because it can be too strong for a person. Substances are absorbed much more quickly in the intestines since they do not pass through the entire digestive system.
Using Epsom salt is the safest option if one has a free day to stay at home.
Unlike enemas, Epsom salt purifies the entire system, and it also has energetic benefits in cleansing the body’s subtle energies.
Lymphatic drainage—manual, performed by a person—can be very beneficial if done correctly; otherwise, it can cause more harm than good. How do we know it’s done correctly? You should feel the urge to urinate immediately or even during the massage, and 1–2 hours after the massage, you should be going to the bathroom several times. If that does not happen, the effect is zero. This is because the lymph centers open one by one, and if one is missed, the lymph stops there and doesn’t exit.
Another way to flush out the lymph is by doing jumps. 100–200, or even 300 jumps can help expel all the stagnant lymph. Walking works as well.
Thank you so much! @Maitreya
