This DM works, perhaps a bit too well. My recent benefits include thoughts being more “my own,” stronger control over previous addictive thought patterns and easily recognizing and eliminating any remainders of thoughts that are foreign.
I wasn’t having any physical negative side effects until a few days after acquiring this. I am now also getting the chills, coughs, fever and everything in between. I have not gotten any type of cough since I began using fields.
Additionally, my former favorite food, bread by itself, is now one of my least favorite foods. I cannot eat 2 bites without wanting to put it down. (Instead I get this desire for adding raw spinach or vegetables to everything)
EDIT: I used to eat ‘organic’ cereal every day too. I have not eaten cereal since getting this, nor have any desire for it.
I’ve been informed by those living with me I was coughing all night. Unfortunately for them, I don’t remember, slept extremely well and had nice vivid dreams.

My sugar cravings have reduced like hugely like @lezeallion’s experience.
I eat bad shit when angry or emotional… My boss yelled at me for no reason at the place I am interning and had no urge to eat fast food.
After a few weeks of wearing this mandala 24 hours, the detox symptoms have gone. I went to visit Maoshan who lives near me for dinner the other day (they were really nice and had me and my mom over) and he said, “your energy body is continuously being cleaned” - and the only thing I was wearing was this mandala.
This mandala works 100%!

Wow, I just added this one on my usb. The hard skin on my feet is hurting strong. Which is great wanted to get rid of them forever… The connection between the feet and body parts is very telling. When I was an addict and later, I always had this very strong fear of dying or collapsing suddenly. I’m feeling a fight inside me. It’s kinda strong but I so know it’s worth it.

The YouTube audio says “Release and Block”, but mandala only has “Release Parasites”. Do they have the same effect, “Release and Block”?

This DM makes me sick 
I have been using this DM for several weeks. Every day I have releases of negative emotions (e.g., fear, hatred, anger and aggression) and also some physical symptoms and I strongly suspect that they are coming from these parasitic energy sources, including negative attachments and bonds. But the most curious thing is that the greatest releases of negative emotions are there when I use along with this, the mandala Eternal Cleaner on All Levels. The question is: since the Eternal Cleaner field acts on the etheric body as well, and this is where many parasites are probably found, the use of this mandala could enhance the effect of the former?

I would use both. Fields create a synergy, and they can tackle more problems together. It could speed up clearing.

@Polaris I tried this field for a few weeks increasing it up to 12h per day. After a few days I felt pain in my lymphs under my arms and swelling of hands and feet pain. I expected to experience multiple bowel movements per day, but I instead have constipation. It seems to me that whatever is being removed is having a hard time to get out. I am drinking a lot of water and grounding as much as possible. What else do you recommend? Thank you!
