Very nice! This could cure a problem i hve for a long time, but lately more intense again. When I am with certain people, I most of the time get heavy thoughts. Even when I’m not targeted by them. Iam able to recognize them and say stop, think something else, but it costs energy. And i believe this Problem is, because I’m soaking up thoughts from others…
