QFB does the job superbly and is perfectly productive. It’s the organizational gremlin within me that is hungry to have a file that lists names, links, descriptions to each file with keywords and tags for them so that I immediately know what references to what stage and transformation purpose and the best combinations for each. It would be like a pantry and recipe book for dishes created by fields.

I use Google docs as the manual inventory. If I need the description I read it over there.

Yes. Each time I buy I add all of the details into it. I added the table of contents, so that I can quickly search the name of the fields

I don’t know if you use AI, but you can give it access only to specific folders and have it organize everything there and do whatever you instruct it to do.
For example, you can ask it to sort everything into separate folders, then find the corresponding product descriptions on maitreyastore.com, download them, and place them in the appropriate folders.
My download folder was a mess with thousands of files of all sorts. It organised everything for 5 minutes.

That sounds both lovely and a nightmare, I am still a bit skeptical on giving AI access to stuff. But since you have tried it, I will give it a shot once and see how it goes. Too much tech proliferation just gets me anxious.

I felt the same way, but what reassures me is that you can control exactly what it has access to. I wouldn’t give it access to any sensitive information, or the whole computer. Also, it has strict rules and can’t do stuff without you allowing it. For example it cannot delete files, etc.

I use both Claude and GPT. Claude is the one I use for organizing things on my computer. However, the features that allow it to work directly on your computer are only available with the paid plan. After that, you just download the app to your computer.

When you have it, you give to it the path to the folder on which you want to work with and it will show pop up for permission.

Skill? You just tell the bot what to do and it does it. Skills are for more complex stuff.
Yeah I included more features for more convenience
And I also included an aspect that you posted once as a prompt in the forum as a feature .
And it retrieves the list of fields by itself which you bought from various stores for discription it is from the forum and all you need to do is sign by yourself in the browser only once then it give you the checklist
In the forum, it is forbidden to post such tools for safety reasons.
