Hm it felt like but maybe i was overthinking it.
In that case, 3-6months spiritual work with fields and you should become natural blissful. If not you are doing something wrong or you have excuses.
(exception might be some serious challenges which of course some people will claim)

I think you are right. I still a not ripped, super lean, super hunky or anything, so I may complain I did not get results.
But if I think carefully - compared to 3 months ago - I don’t have nightmares, I am not frustrated, I have a lot of energy, people in my home are smiling and happy, I am doing good in school and job, I don’t get panic attacks, things are good even during covid. I keep looking at muscles and weight, but there are other changes which are so big!! I am finally happy first time in my life I think.

Yes what i meant, there is nothing lost. It’s for a good reason called unconditional love. If you do it right the external circumstances shouldn’t matter too much (it will not at all if you are enlightend)
if you spend your time alone or with someone when you carry a lot of well structured energy inside you.

Just careful with dopamin high happiness. I heard it often where people claim they’re happy but then they get easily triggered and are full of addictions, so there has to be some distinction of that. Some thirst to grow should be always there until you are “done” here.
