I am beginning to like Energy Change and Sigh energy channels. I dont know about results but I do feel something, which does not happen to me with Maitreya’s audios or other creators for the most part. My energy sensitivity is dense 
I, on the other hand, have a very high sensitivity, and I say frankly that it is not the most incredible things, it does not make me have great results for it, and it is truly difficult when the energy of the planet seems to be messed up.
Thats interesting. I always think I get slow/no results from energy products because I am not energy sensitive. The big challenge is I dont know if something is working for me or not till I try for 2-3 weeks and then check if I get any results.
I generally check with physical fields as they can be easy to clearly verify results - and so far only Sapien and QI seem to give me real physical results for some fields. Maitreya, no physical results at all, except for back pain relief only once, so at this point I am really reducing Maitreya fields listening sadly. I am using SZ now hoping for better results, but too soon to tell. I keep trying and not lose hope.
Something to consider is the approach being taken. In a top-down approach, you start at the very highest parts of yourself and clean working your way down. In terms of your aura, this would be like cleaning at the astral layer before working down to mind, emotional, etheric, and then the physical body. This process may feel slow, but it snowballs into life-altering positive change if you stick with it.
In bottom-up approach, everything is reversed, where you start at the physical body and ascend from there. It’s really easy to feel changes in your physical body when you do this, but changes are often temporary unfortunately.
Because the thing to know about aura levels and blockages is this - very often when there’s an issue/blockage, it will be replicated through all the lower levels of the aura as well. So, in top-down cleaning something really high up will also facilitate easy cleanings of the lower levels as well. However, in bottom-up when you clean a blockage, often it will come back after a short time since there’s still a blockage “upstream” so to say.

To talk about energy sensitivity, there are different aspects Let’s say this is when energy is flowing through the body, if the pipes in which the energy is flowing are clogged or filled with dirt, then the energy will not be able to flow, or the energy will circulate very difficult, and therefore in this case, we cannot feel the energy, since it does not circulate in our energy system.
In other words, having an energy system more and more clean and free, will allow an increasingly strong and fluid circulation of energies, hence the fact of being able to feel it also since it moves in our energy system and not only outside of us.

what results have you gotten from sapien medicine and quadible integrity
Sapien - I feel the workout videos very well. My arms and legs hurt if I overplay those videos. Also, my acne is gone from Sapien’s acne audio. Sinusitis audio also gives me immediate relief.
QI - I think his golden ratio face has changed my jawline, but not too sure lol
