It’s really amazing this exercise, I can feel the energy going through my body even doing this technique for a few minutes, I feel my 3 eye vibrating and my solar plexus, and there is a euphoria and tranquility at the same time, it helps me a lot to focus on the meditations , is a great technique to use before meditating.
It’s also a very good idea to use the breathe of belly or rolfing structure to change the breathing pattern, especially with this exercise.
And keep in mind - consistency is everything.

@JAAJ what attraction products do you recommend? I am trying to put together a stack for my bud who has problems in this area.
I don’t really see any effects from Physical/Physical Healing audios either (Sapien works there for me well), but I feel stuff from some of Sigh’s audios. Like the latest one where I felt things being vacuumed out of me. So Sigh’s spiritual audios I am trying to use them again. I think at least some audios I can powerfully feel, but not all of them. May be it depends on who from Sigh’s team created the particular audio?
