I’m not sure about their audios, the only one I tested on a storage item was their most recent release, vibration to field, I used it for a few days and couldn’t notice anything, when I listened to the audio I felt goosebumps all over my body, with the item storage didn’t feel anything, generally I feel more effects listening to the audios than storing them, but that doesn’t mean it’s not working.

I’m trying to practice the star exercise, but it’s really hard, I can’t even take 10 minutes because my arms hurt so much, is this something that goes away with time? Will I get used to it? Should I stretch? Or am I doing something wrong? If there is someone who practices the exercise and wants to clarify.
I have completed the 22 week requirement for the Reiki Star Exercise doing it twice daily as required by the OP in the forum. I have automated its energy and can use it anytime, anywhere whenever I need it. It is really useful for me whenever I need an energy boost (it lasts for a few hours at least) for whatever activity I’m doing. I posted my results in the Sapien forum along with others who use it.
Yes, during the first week or so, my arms were also sore doing it for less than 10 minutes and it was not easy to do. The soreness, pains in the arms soon disappeared by week 3 if I recall it right. So, with time, the practitioner will get used to it although it will be different for each user. I do not do stretching or listen to audios when doing the exercise. I do belly breathing with it and just do it once a day now, just for around 3 minutes, for maintenance purposes as recommended by Om.

do u have to be on grass for it to work
No, I just do it in my room which has an old concrete tile floor. If you can do it outdoors, on grass, so much the better but the nearest park to our house is about 10-15 minutes away.

Yes and also it will work if you dont use the arms.
If you don’t use the arms you can imagine a little sun or ball on your belly and how you charge it with each breathe while putting both hands on the belly.

Well i recommend to test all his on youtube and see with which one you resonate.
I liked from his ultra channel the blood of christ most, i got that one also the new transition (a must have for our time) and multidimensionality healing.
