I am beginning to question the effectiveness of new sub YouTube channel as it seems most are run by teenagers with members below the age of 17 compared to a more established channel that has been running for years

I agree with you there.
My personal rules of thumb:
*Avoid new subliminal channels. Wait until they are at least a few years old and are established
*Avoid any “𝔸𝕖𝕤𝕥𝕙𝕖𝕥𝕚𝕔” channels, as those are likely made by inexperienced and unprofessional minors.
*Conversely, also avoid any subliminals with anime thumbnails for the same reason as above.

I have used Subliminal club subs. They are superb. And their quintessential are amazing. Basically it uses AI to stack 20-Scripts in 1 audio (1 hour). Way too powerful.
They have their own forum as well.

Bro subs takes long time. That’s why I shifted to fields.
But their Ultima versions are very fast. 1 listen is enough per day.

@NewDay - they recommend very good quality headphone or speakers. I travel a lot so use a good quality earphone.
I loop subs while i sleep in my speaker. Subs work best while u are sleeping.
