I’ve got 2 different playlists for this reason. One of them contain files that need to be listen to once a day, the other is for twice a day files. Aint no time to listen 5x a day lol.

I think we generally agree, but call this opposite.
You call it high dopamine, I call it low dopamine :).
The article I linked is about how people with low dopamine get and look for that dopa-high while people with high dopamine don’t (it doesn’t give them much, they already feel good).
I just didn’t want for people to associate dopamine with something bad accidentally, if they don’t know details. Dopamine is good :).

But yes, for sure dopamin is nothing bad, in fact having a ton of dopamin on your own is extremly good. I run since a while mstate gold and back then neuro-series from dream which has an extra programming to produce it on your own and the results are quite incredible. Even when i masturbated ago 2.5 or 3 months i nearly dont get any euphoric dopamin shot. (it was like 90% reduced than usually)

It that cause let me screenshot this and send this to sigh. Let’s see if he’s “okay” with this. Does he even knows about this? The audio is already only 69…so if 4-5 people sends 20 dollar for that then you get 80-100 which is basically “profit” then how that’s “sharing the cost”? It’s literally unfair for the creators to start with. Why would anyone buy from them if it’s sold at lower price? You’re literally openly promoting undermarket selling in public lol and people wonders why sapien puts protection in his fields. And not to mention you do realize it’s against community standard which can get you banned right? I wonder how none told you this before. doesn’t matter whatever you call it taking money after purchase for any reason is reselling. Sharing the cost is when people share the price before purchase lol there’s a huge difference in them in tem of moral standards. But sure if it’s ok with sigh and maitrya to be posted here I don’t mind.
