Daily Activities & Training Routines

I always change my training routine every few months but mostly I play with volume, load, rest and recovery.

I find I function best with little or no equipment and with exercises that I can do throughout the day at home (e.g. dips, pull ups etc.).

What keeps me going is always trying to outdo the previous result or PR. Jump rope and treadmill are awesome for cardio and coordination.

I constantly do martial training and try to do some sparring a few times a week. I am blessed to have people I trust not to injure me when going harder, and appreciate that I can work with them.

I am very much into the martial application of energy work but it’s difficult to find reliable knowledge past a certain point. I do notice that the fields and qigong make me stronger.

Qi compression is also a staple and I enjoy meditating and doing internal achemy work at night.

What kind of martial training are you doing?

These days I do mostly weapons training, I find it practical for real life situations and it increases your reflexes for everything else. I complement it with western boxing and wooden dummy work (mostly wing chun but it’s usually mixed in with other stuff).

Martial arts is how I got into energy work because most of them have an esoteric aspect, though oftentimes it has been forgotten.

Interesting! Now that I think about it, MArtial Arts also was my Introduction into Energy.

My Friend told me to Punch him really hard into his Liver, and when I did, It had no Effect

That’S when I started believing in Qi haha

I wanted to share a Training day I did and I really liked it.

I came up with it, but I’m sure other People have aswell

I really liked Kettlebell exercises and I have been becoming a fan of isometric holds aswell.

I wanted to include both in my Training plan, but it was hard to fit them both in.

So I decided to combine them instead

It makes so much sense!

Full Body Workout:

You start with an isometric Exercise. It can be of your choice but it should be a very effective one.

For example the Horse Stance. This is a isometric hold that builds insane Leg strength and endurance, when held for longer periods.

It opens up the Hips and can ground you in your body.

Once you have activated your Muscles with the isometric hold you move on to a dynamic Exercise that targets pretty much the same Muscles.

In this case the Goblet Squats. I take a Kettlebell and do my Squats with it.

Here is the full plan I do, to hit every major Muscle group.

This is only one day though, it doesn’t take care of everything
