I listened to this for 30 minutes and my mind is so clear, relaxed, and I feel like i can stare at a wall and not have any thoughts at all.
I watched a movie right after with my family. It was about a murder and its court case. Usually my mind would have gone crazy with thoughts and emotions. This time, nothing. I found myself just watching it, peacefully.
I may do another round tomorrow, but I don’t feel like I need to. Maybe doing the Revision field for 2 days cleared out most of the stuff and this just did a final sweep?
