In the product description it is explained that it comes with audio, but the audio did not come with the purchase.

Hello, at the bottom of all products there is this notice: This product contains an energetically programmed image that we have called a “Digital Mandala.” All products in the stores are boosted by x3 digital mandalas.

There are no audios for sale at this time. The products you bought are not audios.

So you should remove from the description that there is an audio file because it might be misleading.
