Hello everyone! I need your help. Has anyone here encountered this?
I have a younger sister, she’s 20 years old. She has trouble communicating with people and internal fears.
She starts to get short of breath in public places, which we later realized was due to anxiety. My sister has been very shy since childhood. She has friends and acquaintances, and she communicates with them without any symptoms of anxiety.
But when she’s with strangers and in public, she feels uneasy.
She starts to choke, saying it feels like her chest is being squeezed. But when she leaves public places, it quickly goes away.
She doesn’t have these symptoms; if a family member or friend is around, she feels calm.
We took her to psychologists, and they said it was just teenage anxiety. The psychologists didn’t help, shrugging their shoulders, saying it would go away on its own. But time goes by, and we see it’s not going away. We’ve concluded that the situation here is probably related to blocks in the mind, as if the body is turning on defense.
Has anyone encountered a similar situation and how can they deal with it?
Are there any fields or mandalas that help remove such blocks?
Please suggest something. I’d be grateful if you give me any advice!

Sounds like a case of social anxiety, I can relate because I was somewhat like this in the past. It does not happen with people she knows because most likely she will now how they react, it’s more like a fear of not knowing how strangers will react towards you, whether they will judge you and so on.

This can come from three sources: current life, family lineage, past incarnations.

Like your sister was hanged in a square where there were many people around. When she finds herself in a crowd, a resonance occurs and she starts to suffocate.
The simplest thing she can try is Soul Reunification.
Let her say something like:
