What? How’s it possible to do all the asanas at the same time even if energetically in less than 5mins?

You will get the benefits of doing all those asanas by listening to the field.

When using the mandala version of this should I start slow not to get too tired or sore? Like an hour a day and then increase?
Or is it fine to start 24/7?

I think it’s safe 24/7 field was gentle for me.

Yeah Ojas would help but rn I am looking for ways to increase Ojas/Jing by myself.

I will do Yoga and Pranayama and the Yoga Field will amplify the build up of sexual Energy.
