It’s best to use it before falling asleep. No need to sleep with it. 2-3 times is enough.
Thank you so much for your kind response! But somethings are not clear to me like in the link I mentioned when someone said it’s hard to fall asleep with it there was a response which I quoted somewhere of this entry. Also, should I have to get a proper sleep after I listen to it? For example today I can only take 20-90 min naps (even down to 10 min frequent ones if I have to) during the night since I have to pull an all nighter to get done my tasks, would it still work in that case?

If you have the ordinary 8 hours sleeping time plus these naps, yes. We don’t recommend sleeping less than that.
